My name is a proof of high quality. With everything I do, I want to leave myself and my clients with a feeling like it was time, money and effort well spent.

I am very self-directing, flexible and curious to discover new things. This has led me to work in multidisciplinary teams with professionals of e.g. social and health care, IT, building construction, waste management, HoReCa, real estate maintenance, music and library professionals, as well as upcoming entrepreneurs.

Working for equality, diversity and inclusion

To pursue diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of my work, I collaborate closely with organizations supporting the rights of e.g. senior citizens, LGBT+ people and immigrants as well as people who live on the margins of society.

During 2020, I was an Equality Agent in Helsinki Vocational College and Adult Institute. It is the biggest vocational education and training provider in Finland, where ca. 17 000 students and 1 100 members of personnel work in 15 locations. The Agents support, promote and coordinate efforts for equality, suggest concrete measures e.g. through the equality plan, and evaluate their impact.
