Digital literacy services in Espoo City Library
During the spring of 2021, I created a new concept and operating model for Espoo City Library's Remote Digital Support in the COVID era. I also created an operating model for on-site digital support to be introduced in the fall, and finally brought them together to create Borrow a Librarian, a support service for the library's Digital Support, Makerspaces and Music Studios in 2022.
A new service package for senior customers
My responsibilities:
Design a new service range for Senior Services in Espoo City Library in Finnish and in Swedish, contact stakeholders, and organise collaboration.
Target audience:
Senior citizens in Espoo and nearby.

Multi-location digital support service
My responsibilities:
In collaboration with the representatives of Espoo and Vantaa cities, create a multi-location, multi-channel and multi-functional digital support service model for the cities to facilitate the access of local residents to electronic services and to support the development of digital skills.
Target audience:
Local residents of the cities of Espoo and Vantaa.

Välkky, the mobile events hub
My responsibilities:
Create the service concept for Activity Bus, contact stakeholders, and organise collaboration.
Target audience:
NGOs, associations, and schools in Espoo.

The Nightingale language arts workshops
I created cross-artistic workshops for the young patients of Oulu University Hospital's paediatric clinic in co-operation with Kemi City Theatre, Oulu Language Arts Days and University of Oulu. The theatre's actors (Eero Sirén and Kimmo Tuppurainen) performed a puppet theatre show of The Nightingale by H. C Andersen in OUH.
I designed and facilitated three crafting workshops based on the play to gather observations and feedback for further development. For the first two workshops we had ca. 10 participant each. The third one was facilitated in a private hospital room for one child patient.
My responsibilities:
Create concept, contact stakeholders, organise collaboration, design and facilitate workshops, observe outcomes for further development.
Target audience:
Child patients in OUH paediatric clinic.

HelMet Music Challenge
The year-long HelMet Music Challenge encourages people to listen to 50 songs, compositions, releases, albums or compilations that they have never heard before. As the admin of the 2022 challenge, I also facilitate the online discussions.
My responsibilities:
Design content and schedule, support communication, facilitate and administrate online discussions, design and offer ideas.
Target audience:
General public interested in discovering new music. Participation possible in Finnish, Swedish, English or Russian.
